A Question of Racism

It seems we will never be free on the term "racism." We are deemed racists if we disagree with a black President on his policies. We are racists if we protest health care reform; we are racists if we disagree with this administration's handling of foreign policy; we are racists if we exercise our rights to freedom of choice if we are not choosing to support programs that will certainly lead our nation into bankruptcy.
Where is the cry of outrage against this misnomer? Who stole our freedom when we weren't looking? This government is all about stealing our freedoms and controlling our lives. The time has come to fight back.
This government is demeaning all that we hold dear. The right to demonstrate our grievances, Ala the Tea Party movement, has been branded as a group of racists and bigots. Are we soon to lose the right to dissent? Why don't all Americans see this as "Big Brother?" Are they blind? Do they not care? Why is this not racism?
Folks, you'd better be scared for your country. People like Rush Limbaugh, Glenn Beck, Sean Hannity and Sarah Palin are fighting for you. Are you willing to listen to their pleas? Are you ready for real change?
We have to dig our heels in and fight for what we believe in. The Constitution that was created by our forefathers is there for a reason. To protect us against those who would take our nation apart and rebuild it into a socialistic country.
Racism is a bad thing. But when it is mislabeled and cried out for the wrong reasons, it is ignored. Cry wolf and no one listens after a while.
Let's make these charges work in our favor. Fight back with your vote. Get involved in electing new blood in Washington. I'm not saying that Republicans have all the answers, but what we have now sitting in Washington is a bunch of socialists who want to demoralize this nation and turn it into a state run government. Don't let that happen. Take a positive approach and let your voice be heard. Make this a nation we can be proud of again. And let's bury the term racism forever. ~ One Voice
