Amid talk of the NASA chief's new mission being to build up relations with the Muslims, here comes another attack from Al Quaeda. In a restaurant in Uganda, people were watching the final World Cup game when the restaurant was blown up.
It doesn't matter how much dialogue Obama pushes; no matter how many attempts at peace, when you are dealing with terrorists, you cannot reason with them; they are murderers.
I couldn't believe it when I heard that the newly appointed NASA chief's main responsibility would be to work to acknowledge the Muslims in fields of science and technology. Did you ever hear of a Muslim scientist furthering travel in space? Did you ever hear of scientific efforts going forward in Saudi Arabia or Afghanistan?
These are the places that are built on the sand of the desert or mountainous rocks where people live in caves. Where will they be launching rockets?
Every day more bits of news trickle out of the White House that make me wonder how on earth this man ever got elected. Oh, yes, I forgot, we know how he got elected. With subterfuge and questionable groups like Acorn registering anyone and everyone to vote, saying things like "Oh, we got to vote for Obama." I actually heard this registration process happening in downtown Cincinnati. No qualifying documents were asked for. No registration or tax information was flashed. Just signatures going on the forms without any checking or verifying whether or not these people were citizens. By now we've pretty much seen all the exposes on Acorn. We know a great many members of that organization were manipulating the system.
But I digress. Ever since Obama was elected, our country has been put in harm's way, both economically and physically. While this Al Quaeda attack didn't happen on our soil, Americans were injured or killed. And our leader still wants to pat them on the back and be friends?
This is the third such attack since he took office or is it more? Perhaps I've lost count. You can't reason with terrorists, Mr. President. Terrorists are out to destroy this country. Or is that what you want too, Mr. Obama?
I've heard it said that people who hate this country are running it now. Perhaps that's true. Perhaps their aim is to destroy us from the inside out. We've heard a lot of blaming George Bush for everything from the economy to hurricanes. Here's one thing I do credit George Bush for: after 9/11 he kept us safe. You don't hear Obama giving him credit for that.
So the NASA chief, Bolden, will work on cozying up to the Muslims. And Obama will continue to apologize for the United States to anyone who will listen.
November is coming. Armageddon for the Democrats is at hand. As for me, I cannot wait. ~One Voice
